How we design our cups

 

For over 40 years, my love of cars has shaped not only my life but also my work. The journey begins with a deep-rooted passion for motorsport, rally, and iconic road cars—vehicles that have defined the automotive landscape and fired the imaginations of enthusiasts like me. When it comes to creating the illustrations for my mugs, I don’t rely on shortcuts or AI; instead, I craft each in 3D software to a frankly nerdy level. I want my work to represent all the subtle cues and references that fans love. 

Throughout this process, the goal remains clear: to represent the cars I love—vehicles that have shaped motorsport, inspired generations of drivers, and earned a place in automotive history. By handcrafting these designs, I’m able to inject my own love and understanding of cars into each piece, producing not just a mug, but a tribute to the icons of motorsport and motoring history.
